Good Monday Morning!
It is the start of a new week and some new information.
If you have been following my blog, you should have made a list of items that you don't want in your life anymore.
Also,you should have a drawing of what you don't want in your life.
I ask you to choose 3 things on the list that bother you the most.
These are the 1st changes that you wish to make.
Now with the 3 choices you have selected, I want you to write the exact opposite of the 3 words you wrote.
Look at the 3 new words and see if this is what you really want.
These 3 words are your desires and IDEAs.
If you feel that this does not represent what you think you want, then look back at your list and choose the words you really want to work on.
When you are satisfied with your 3 words, start thinking about how your life could be different if you had these new thoughts in your head.
