The year is coming to an end this week. This is a good time to reflect on all of the GOOD in your life. Amid all of the stress and chaos in life, there are many GOOD things that happened to you this last year. It is a great idea to go back and remember the GOOD things and forget about the "bad" things that happened to you over the past year. Can't remember?
This is where a journal would be very helpful. Now would be a good time to get a blank book to write your thoughts in if you have not done so already.Writing it down will help make the thoughts more concrete for your memory.
Now , make a list of each of the months of the year.
Start with January and write down at least ONE GOOD thing that happened to you during that month. It could be anything,anything that made you feel good. Remember that thought ,write it down, and give it a few moments to go back there and feel how good it felt at that exact moment. Feel that feeling you felt then. Recapture it if just momentarily. It should put you in a better mood already. Continue through each month of the year.Feel the feeling each time you write down something. Give it a moment to feel it. There might be a month where you can not remember. That is okay.
That is why you can BEGIN anew with a journal book to remember for this coming year to write down when you feel GOOD.
The new year is coming. You have another chance to work toward your VISION. Feel the wonderful feeling that you would like to carry into the New Year.
